Quality Assurance Manager

Capital Helicopters is excited to offer the position of QA manager with-in our organization. This job has two key roles in our maintenance department. The primary role of Quality Assurance Manager will entail a in depth knowledge of controlled maintenance documents and all aircraft-related airworthiness. The QA manager will report directly to the PRM/PRMC and the Accountable Executive. The QA manager will have direct communication with the PRM and Accountable Executive to discuss the company’s regulatory requirements, maintenance policies, AMO performance and aviation safety. The secondary role will be the requirements of a licensed ACA accredited Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. This position is primarily an administrative role however, If required; this person should be capable of working in various challenging weather climates, including limited night and winter operations.

Candidates applying for this position should possess the following experience:

• Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license
• TC approved Airbus AS350 airframe series type course
• Valid Canadian driver's license
• Ability to travel outside of Canada (Valid Passport)
• Multiple years managing Quality Assurance or Technical Records for a Canadian helicopter operator
