Capital Helicopters maintains a 24/7 phone line carried at all times for rapid response in the event of an emergency, and works swiftly and professionally with law enforcement and EMS to ensure that all emergency calls are dealt with accordingly. All Bell machines are equipped with stretcher kits and wide-access doors. Private clients travelling in the back woods rely on Capital to provide timely extractions in the event of a non-medical emergency.
